Hive Products (Honey, Pollen, Propolis and Wax Products):


Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
Edible Items must have the sticker seal intact.
Purchasers are responsible for all elective return shipping and handling charges.

Beatriche Bees & Honey LLC will cover costs for any item found to be defective or not up to market standards.
All returns should be initiated with an email to support@beatrichebees.com

Services (i.e. Hive Hosting and Mentorship/Coaching, Annual Text/Phone/Email Support):
Hive Hosting, Annual Mentorship/Coaching, and Annual Text/Phone/Email Support products have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the service being provided We will issue you a full refund no questions asked.

First Season Hive Hosting Deposit is non-refundable and covers equipment and time required for set-up and tear-down of the hives.

Monthly Mentorship/Coaching refunds will be prorated for the amount of service that was provided in a given month. I.e if 14 days have elapsed in a 31 day month, a 55% refund will be issued. If both in-person coaching sessions have been used, no refund will be offered.

1:1 Hourly Coaching sessions are not refundable but never expire.
