Hive Hosting has a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the service being provided We will issue you a full refund no questions asked.

We are happy to move the bees off your property no questions asked if it turns out not be a great fit. After the first 30 days we will prorate any funds paid to us towards ongoing service via the monthly or annual pay program. We ask you allow up to two weeks for us to find the hives a new home.

The First Season Hive Hosting Deposit non-refundable and covers equipment and time for required site assessment, hive placement, and ultimate removal of the colonies at a later date.

Care Instructions

A commitment from you to host our hives for at minimum one season. 

• The bees are busiest from March-October. During this time we will need to be able to access the hives up to four (4) times per month. 

• During non-peak times of the year (November-February we may need to visit the hives 1-2 times/month.

• Hive hosts are expected to report any issues (swarms, damaged equipment, allergic reactions, ect.) immediately to us.
